The holiday house is designed for 10 people and is ideally located next to the Forest Park Marjan and just a 10 minute walk from the city center with Diocletian’s Palace, museums, bars, restaurants and many other attractions. The advantage of the location is also the proximity of beaches, both natural and landscaped, which are less than a 5 minute drive away. Forest Park Marjan abounds in various amenities, such as walkways through the shade of the forest, the Zoo, the Botanical Garden, beaches, lookout points, and the historic Jewish Cemetery.

- 1 bedroom with double bed and with balcony
- 1 bathroom with shower and massage bathtub for 1 to 2 people
- 1 bedroom with double bed
On the second floor of the house there is:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower
- living room with kitchen and double bed with balcony access
The floors are connected by an internal staircase and the house has 2 parking spaces for personal vehicles.
Our guests have the entire house at their disposal.
Dream apartment Split is located next to the above-mentioned villa and is designed for 4 people.
Due to the proximity, there is a possibility of combining both facilities for large groups of up to 14 people.
